To help as many people as possible engage with our programme. Helping them to be successful, to lose weight, to get educated and to get healthy!

Obesity is national problem, and one that is growing fast. Currently 26% of Men in the UK obese and this is predicted to rise to 47% by 2030 and 60% by 2050! In Hertfordshire the numbers are equally troubling with 67% of adult males currently overweight or obese.

This is why the Shape Up programme is being delivered to areas across Hertfordshire. We have designed a programme that educates men to develop a healthy relationship with food and change unhealthy behaviours and habits that cause weight gain. The programme engages men in a fun and effective way and uses group exercise and sport to improve fitness and support weight loss.
